Certification · Certified Facilitator License

Content doesn’t change companies. Facilitators do.

Leadership development doesn’t fail on content — it fails on delivery. Certification trains your own people to run LeaderFactor skills in-house: the same curriculum, the same instruments, the same outcomes, on your cadence.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who deploy development.

L&D & talent development leaders

You’re accountable for proof, not attendance. Pre/post assessment data shows the board what actually changed.

HR & People leaders

You need one leadership language across the org — a shared framework every leader works from, not ten definitions of good.

Internal facilitators & training teams

You’re the ones in the room. Certification hands you the decks, guides, pacing, and practice to run it with confidence.

OD & enablement leads

You deploy across regions and functions. Certified delivery keeps every session consistent — without depending on a vendor’s calendar.

Why certify

Delivery, owned by your team.

Certification puts delivery in your hands.

LeaderFactor delivers through three pathways — our experts, your certified practitioners, or a blend of both. Certification is how your organization owns delivery: the same standardized content, the same discovery-based sessions, the same action-plan outcomes — regardless of who’s in the room.

A simple rule.

If a leader walks out with a certificate but no behavior to practice on Monday, the workshop didn’t work. Every LeaderFactor session ends with an action plan, an artifact, or both. Your certified facilitators are trained to make that happen — every time.

The pathway

Four areas. One standard.

Every practitioner trains on the same four areas — so a session run in Munich lands like a session run in Boise.

01

Leadership Philosophy

The thinking under the frameworks — why behavior, not content, is the unit of leadership development.

02

Facilitator Framework

How to run a discovery-based room: didactic instruction, interactive activities, structured debriefs.

03

Assessment Debrief

How to turn index data into a conversation — reading the results, naming the gap, starting the plan.

04

The Platform

Scheduling sessions, enrolling learners, managing cohorts, and connecting live delivery to the digital journey.

Outcomes

What your practitioners are trained to deliver.

Pick one skill or certify in every LeaderFactor skill — start focused and expand as your program grows.

Workshops

4-hour blended workshops

Modular by design — four hours of blended learning that flexes into shorter sessions to fit your organization’s schedule, culture, and needs.

Discovery

Discovery-based learning

Instruction, interactive activities, and structured debriefing — applied live in a digital workbook, because learning sticks when it’s used in the moment.

Debriefs

Assessments and data debriefs

Facilitators run each skill’s assessment and debrief the data with the team — turning a baseline into the start of behavior change, not the end of a survey.

Follow-through

Application and follow-through

Learners leave with an action plan and keep applying it after the workshop — the practice between learning and re-test is where behavior changes.

Licensing

Certify for one skill, or the whole catalog.

The Certified Facilitator License is annual and per facilitator. Both scopes run the same four-area pathway — the difference is how much of the catalog your facilitators can deliver.

Certified Facilitator License

Single skill

For a focused program built on one skill

1 skill per facilitator / year

Delivery rights for one LeaderFactor skill — best when your program takes a single skill deep across a defined audience.

This license includes

  • The full four-area certification pathway
  • Facilitator guides, decks, and participant materials
  • Delivery rights for your internal cohorts
  • Cohort management in the platform

FAQ

Certification, answered.

What can I get certified to deliver?

Certified practitioners can deliver from one or all skills — from Psychological Safety to Coaching, Accountability, and Decision Making. Choose the skills your leaders need most.

What does the certification pathway include?

Each practitioner is trained on four areas: Leadership Philosophy, Facilitator Framework, Assessment Debrief, and the LeaderFactor platform.

Can I certify for a single course or the full catalog?

Both. Certification runs from single skill to full catalog, so you can start focused and expand as your program grows.

Do the learners in a training cohort need their own licenses?

Yes. The Certified Facilitator License covers delivery rights for the facilitator. Every participant in a training cohort needs an active Access Pass — one per learner, per year — which provides their assessment, on-demand content, digital workbook, and application tools.

Who is certification designed for?

L&D practitioners, HR leaders, talent development leaders, OD & People business partners, internal facilitators and training teams, and regional or functional enablement leads.

Do I need prior facilitation experience?

No specific prior experience is required, but certification is best suited for practitioners who are already in or moving into a people-development role.

What resources do certified facilitators receive?

Complete facilitator guides, slide decks and notes, participant materials and exercises, recommended agendas and pacing guides, and real-world examples and scenarios — all accessible through the LeaderFactor platform.

How do facilitators manage workshops after certification?

Through the LeaderFactor platform: schedule sessions, enroll learners, manage cohorts, and connect training to digital learning and assessment steps.

Custom builds

Own the delivery? You can own the content too.

The instinct behind certifying — your people, your cadence, your culture — is the same one custom builds serve: your frameworks and language, built into a course on the same instructional system, assessment engine, and platform your facilitators already run.
